In early 2026, Ontario Presents ran 4 online events aimed at bringing communities of practice together within our sector (see below). The events created space for peer-to-peer conversations where presenters and venue professionals come together to talk about whatever’s on their minds.
- Feb 10th: Facility Operations hosted by Glenn Brown (The Sanderson Centre)
- Mar 10th: Market & Communications hosted by Carrie Libling
- April 14th: Education & Outreach hosted by Ashley Van Eysinga (RHCPA)
- May 12th: Technical Production hosted by Rick Banville (The Burlington PAC)
Sounding Board communities continue through ongoing email threads, email noor [at] ontariopresents.ca (noor[at]ontariopresents[dot]ca) if you would like to join one.
This June, participants will have a chance to connect in person at the Annual Spring Retreat in Collingwood.
